Pickles & Jams

Indian Head Farm has a licensed home kitchen in which we produce over 30 different jams, relishes and pickles. Years ago we realized that there would be times during the growing season whenwe would produce more of an item than we could sell through our farm stand. Sometimes a surplus crop can be sold to other farms in the region but frequently our surplus is common to most farms in the region.

In response we decided to turn our surplus into pickles, jams and relishes just as our ancestors had done on the farm for many years. The result, more than 25 choices.
