Farm to Table Dinners
Celebrate the summer harvest with us on Wednesday, August 24th, or Thursday, August 25th, from 5:00 to 8:00, at one of our two Farm to Table Dinners. Tickets may be purchased at Indian Head Farm for $80.00 each. The Farm Stand is open daily from 9:00 to 6:00.
We are fortunate to have Peppers Fine Catering again this year creating the menu, including a variety of summer flavors and textures, and preparing the dinner, using produce from Indian Head Farm, cheese from Crystal Brook Farm in Sterling and meat from Lilac Hedge Farm in Holden.
Join us for drinks and appetizers in our greenhouse garden, the main course in the field above the blueberries and dessert back in the greenhouse. Also featured will be the music of Brothers Rule on Wednesday night and the Carter Street Band on Thursday night.
Join us as we kick off our 2016 season with a free potting workshop! Stop by and visit our Sales Greenhouse (right behind the stand) on May 7th, and we’ll show you how you can create a healthy potted arrangement which will last all season long.
